Sherri Morris is an Associate Certified Career Coach certified by the Career Coach Institute. She has a Master's degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia specializing in vocational-technical education. Additionally, she is a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor and a Certified Internet Webmaster Site Designer. Sherri combines this background to coach her clients in their career transition as well as training the technical and soft skills needed in today's job market. Sherri has over 15 years experience in working with clients in career transition in a wide-range of training environments. Her experience includes coaching and training clients on job search techniques, resume writing, cover letter writing, interviewing skills, and computer skills. Sherri describes her coaching philosophy as follows:
The strengths that Sherri brings to the coaching relationship include empathy and connectiveness. She can see the world through others eyes and their perspective. She sees the potential in others and her goal is to help them experience success. Sherri also believes that "things happen for a reason." Since she believes we are part of something larger, she finds great satisfaction in assisting others to find real purpose in their lives. |
